Mother's Day

For Mother's Day we had everyone over to our house to enjoy our newly finished patio! Brett grilled and we hung out outside and enjoyed the weather. It was a great day!

Happy Easter!

Brett and I stopped by Brenda and Joe's house to see them and Jackie and Dillon.  They are the cutest! I have some cute pics of Brett and Jackie sitting in their new boat and i'll post them when I get them off Brett's Phone. After, we went to Mom's house for Easter dinner. We had apps on the new porch and then Gram cooked dinner. It was delish.  I always love a "mom's home-cooked food" day. So glad we live so close to family!!

New food

I've been scouring the internet for south beach diet approved recipes and have successfully found many great ones!!! Tonight Brett and I made salmon and then had this edamame salad for our side. Then we had dessert (which i love)!!! It was delish.
