This post is a little late, but the hubs and I are on day 8 of our p90x/insanity hybrid workouts. We originally started p90x2.. but didn't enjoy it. Amazingly, B found a hybrid version and we were all over it and started over. Someone put together the best videos from p90x and the best videos from insanity...so far so good.
We are also recommitting to the south beach diet. We were on a roll before the holidays.. but then the holidays happened.. and the south beach rapidly declined. New year, new start. I have a feeling there are big things happening in 2012 so why not be fit, skinny, have a whole new wardrobe and possibly a NEW HOUSE! :) Things are still in the works so more details on that later.
I would have loved to post a before picture of myself, but honestly, I'm too embarrassed, so I didn't even take one. :( We will see how the rest of our days go. We are re-assessing at day 30.
